A transatlantic Weil team is advising Px3 Partners on the acquisition of the filtration division (Filtration) of U.S. headquartered Celeros Flow Technology. Headquartered in Ireland, Filtration is a clean tech global manufacturer of industrial filtration systems. The transaction marks the first investment of Px3 Partners’ inaugural fund.
