Weil Advises GI Partners in its Acquisition of Vast Broadband

Weil is advising GI Partners, an investor in data infrastructure businesses in the United States, in its acquisition of Vast Broadband, a provider of high-speed broadband, video and phone services to more than 60,000 residential and business customers in South Dakota and Minnesota. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. The transaction is subject to regulatory and stockholder approvals, and other customary closing conditions.
