Weil Advises Blackstone in its Investment in Dynamo Software

Weil is advising Blackstone in its investment in Dynamo Software, a premier provider of comprehensive cloud software for the alternative investment management industry. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
