Weil is advising Advent International Corporation and Agnafit Bidco on the $8 billion recommended cash offer for listed Swedish biopharma company, Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (Sobi). This is the largest buyout in Sweden to date, and the largest Nordic buyout in more than five years. Weil is advising alongside Roschier who are providing Swedish law advice.
