Weil advised Oak Hill Capital Partners and its portfolio company, EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants (EPIC), in, together with The Carlyle Group, the formation of Galway Insurance Holdings LLC, a diversified brokerage distribution and underwriting platform. Weil also advised Oak Hill Capital Partners and EPIC in connection with Galway Insurance Holdings LLC’s acquisition of Quaker Special Risk. The transactions closed on June 30, 2020.
