Weil advised KIK Custom Products, Inc., a portfolio company of Centerbridge Partners, in the sale of its KIK Personal Care business to Voyant Beauty Holdings, LLC, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners. KIK Custom Products is a provider of pool and spa treatment products and a manufacturer of household and personal care products. The transaction closed on August 20, 2020.
