Weil advised GS Acquisition Holdings Corp II, a SPAC sponsored by an affiliate of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., in its $2.6 billion business combination with Mirion Technologies, Inc. (a portfolio company of Charterhouse Capital Partners LLP), a global provider of mission-critical radiation detection and measurement solutions. Upon closing of the transaction, the combined company became a publicly traded company operating under the name Mirion Technologies, Inc. The transaction closed on October 20, 2021.
