Weil represented Gores Holdings III, Inc., a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by affiliates of The Gores Group LLC, in its merger with Platinum Equity portfolio company PAE, a leading provider of mission-critical services to the U.S. government, armed forces and international customers. The combined company now holds an enterprise value of $1.55 billion.
