Weil advised American Securities in its acquisition of certain assets and liabilities related to the engineering, procurement and construction division of Swinerton Builders and wholly-owned subsidiary Swinerton Renewable Energy (collectively n/k/a SOLV Energy LLC) from Swinerton Incorporated. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction closed on December 23, 2021.
