Weil advised Advent International Corporation in its acquisition of an approximately 50% stake in RxBenefits, Inc., the employee benefits industry’s first and only technology-enabled pharmacy benefits optimizer, from Great Hill Equity Partners, which retained a significant equity stake. The transaction values RxBenefits, Inc. at approximately $1.1 billion.
