Private Equity partner Trey Muldrow has been named a 2022 “Notable Diverse Leader in Law” by Crain’s New York Business. He is among a select group of honorees chosen for the list, which recognizes individuals for their “commitment to community service, philanthropy, professional mentorship and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.”
Trey was highlighted for his leadership in Weil’s Black Attorney Affinity Group and his mentorship of Black associates as part of the Firm’s Jumpstart program. Crain’s also recognized Trey’s efforts to revive Weil’s Black alumni program, which includes diversity recruiting and mentoring, and for helping launch a microsite that showcases the Firm’s Black partner talent as go-to advisors as well as their commitment to the mentorship of rising Black associates and law students.
The publication also noted Trey’s strong background in private equity and market-leading transactions, including advising clients such as Northleaf Capital and Siemens, among others. Trey was one of 80 attorneys from the greater New York City area chosen for the list.
