Marco Compagnoni Named Among the Most Influential Lawyers for 2022 by Financial News
Financial News has named global Private Equity practice Co-Head Marco Compagnoni to its second annual list of the “Fifty Most Influential Lawyers.” The list recognizes the top business lawyers in Europe and the U.K., including senior lawyers in leadership positions, managing partners and leaders of practice areas such as M&A, financial regulation, private equity deals and fund formation.
Marco is recognized as “a key player in Europe’s buyouts markets for the past three decades,” as well as his development of the Firm’s European Private Equity practice and its “significantly expanded and diversified” roster of clients. Marco is also noted for advising leading private equity firms, including Advent International, Providence Equity Partners, OMERS, PSP and Bain Capital on their most sophisticated transactions.
Marco was also named among FN’s “Most Influential in Private Equity” for 2020.
