Weil Advised Blackstone in its Investment in ISN

Weil advised Blackstone in its minority investment in ISN Software Corporation, the global leader in contractor and supplier information management, with over 20 years of experience connecting nearly 650 hiring clients, in capital-intensive industries, with more than 75,000 active contractors to promote safety and health in the workplace, in a transaction that values ISN at more than $2 billion. The transaction closed on December 16, 2020.

The Weil team that advised Blackstone was led by Private Equity partners Kyle Krpata and Christopher Machera and included Private Equity associate Nathaniel Moore of the Silicon Valley office.
