Significant Changes in PRC Outbound Investment Regulations

On December 26, 2017, the National Development and Reform Commission of the PRC (“NDRC”) issued its new Administrative Measures for Overseas Investments by Enterprises which will replace NDRC’s existing filing and approval regulations on overseas investments by PRC enterprises. Here is a summary of the major changes introduced by this new measures, which will come into effect on March 1, 2018.
