Weil Advised Partners Group in its Sale of Universal Services of America

Weil advised Partners Group in the sale of its controlling interest in U.S. security services provider Universal Services of America (Universal) to an affiliate of Warburg Pincus. As part of the transaction, Partners Group reinvested alongside Warburg Pincus as a minority investor. The deal closed July 28, 2015.
