Weil advised Partners Group in its acquisition of a majority stake in restaurant businesses Pacific Bells and World Wide Wings. Pacific Bells and World Wide Wings are leading franchisees of the Taco Bell and Buffalo Wild Wings brands, which operate 139 restaurants across five U.S. states. Pacific Bells is the fourth largest Taco Bell franchisee in the country, while World Wide Wings is the fifth largest Buffalo Wild Wings franchisee in the U.S. The transaction closed on October 2, 2015.
