Legal Expertise: Weil earned a “highly commended” ranking for advising Kinder Morgan in streamlining its corporate structure to allow for future acquisitions by engineering three deals worth $76 billion that consolidated two of Kinder Morgan’s master limited partners and one of its limited liability corporations. Michael Aiello, Chairman of Weil’s Corporate Department, was recognized for his role leading the transaction.
