Weil Advises Snow Phipps Group in Acquisition of Electric Guard Dog

Weil advised Snow Phipps Group in its acquisition of Electric Guard Dog, LLC, the largest provider of monitored electric security fence systems in the United States, from Ulysses Management and other unitholders. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
