Weil is advising Providence Equity Partners in its growth equity investment in TAIT, LLC (f/k/a TAIT Towers Inc.), a designer, manufacturer and operator of custom-built concert touring and permanent installation stage and set apparatus for the entertainment industry. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
