Weil advised OMERS Private Equity and its portfolio company DTI in the $1 billion acquisition, together with Harvest Partners, LP, of Epiq Systems, Inc. Upon completion of the transaction, Epiq Systems became a private company and combined with DTI, creating a global legal services and technology leader. The transaction closed September 30, 2016.
