Weil advised Cornell Capital and its portfolio company Knowlton Development Corporation (KDC/ONE), a contract developer, manufacturer and supplier of personal care and household products, in KDC/ONE’s acquisition of Zobele Holding S.p.A., a manufacturer and distributor of consumer products, including pest control, air freshening, health care, household, pet care, and shoe care products, from DH Private Equity Partners. The transaction closed on April 30, 2020.
