Weil advised American Securities LLC and Presidio Holdings, Inc. in the sale of Presidio to funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management. The deal closed on February 2, 2015.
Weil advised American Securities on its acquisition of Presidio Holdings, Inc., an IT infrastructure solutions provider for approximately 6,000 clients across the United States, in 2011 and subsequently advised Presidio on its acquisitions of Total Convergence Solutions LLC (d/b/a Bluewater Communications Group, LLC) and INX Inc.
