Weil is advising Advent International and MORSCO, Inc., a leading U.S. distributor of plumbing products, waterworks materials and heating and cooling (HVAC) equipment, in its pending $1.44 billion sale to Reece Limited. The transaction is expected to close in July 2018, pending regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
