Weil Advised Union Asset Management Holding in its Sale of Union Investment TFI to Generali CEE Holding

Weil advised Union Asset Management Holding AG, a German asset management company, in connection with the sale of Union Investment Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. to Generali CEE Holding B.V.

Established in 1995, Union Investment TFI is the largest independent asset management company operating in Poland. Union Investment TFI manages assets worth more than €3.3 billion. The company’s product portfolio consists of 30 investment funds (both open and closed), asset management solutions and pension products, such as individual pension accounts and employee pension plans.

The Weil team was led by partner Łukasz Gasiński and senior associate Jakub Zagrajek, along with associate Krzysztof Jagiełło.
