Weil advised Old Ironsides Energy in the $1.75 billion sale of three Delaware basin subsidiary companies of Brazos Midstream Holdings, LLC to Morgan Stanley Infrastructure. Old Ironsides Energy is an independent oil and gas investment manager that has built a platform for investing in private equity and drilling joint ventures.
