Weil Advised Brookfield Asset Management in Formation of $885M Infrastructure Debt Fund

Weil advised Brookfield Asset Management Inc. in the formation of Brookfield Infrastructure Debt Fund, an approximately $885 million infrastructure debt fund and Brookfield’s first infrastructure debt-focused investment vehicle. The fund will focus on mezzanine debt investment in infrastructure properties primarily in North America, as well as in South America, Australia, and Europe.
