Weil advised Culligan International Company (a portfolio company of Advent International), a manufacturer and distributor of water filtration and treatment systems for residential, office, commercial and industrial applications, in its pending $1.1 billion acquisition of AquaVenture Holdings Limited, a developer and provider of water purification, disinfection, and desalination solutions. The transaction closed on March 30, 2020.
