Partner Kyle Krpata has been recognized as a 2019 Technology “Trailblazer” by The National Law Journal.
In a special supplement to NLJ published today, Mr. Krpata is recognized among a group of attorneys who specialize in tech-related areas.
His work representing many of the most important companies and investors in Silicon Valley was noted, including advising TCV in its recent investment in Peloton, and TPG Growth in its recent financing of Calm.com, a meditation and sleep app. His involvement in deals in the ride-sharing and autonomous vehicle space was also discussed, including his work on investments in Uber and DiDi, the largest ride-sharing platform in China, as well as his representation of SoftBank Vision Fund in its in investment in GM Cruise.
Mr. Krpata is the 15th Weil partner since late 2015 to be named an NLJ Trailblazer in his or her respective filed of expertise.
